How it works

Upload the documents

PDF, Excel, Word, CSV, photos or a whole project as ZIP. Scans work; several drawings are read one by one. Documents are optional — a description and your hourly rate are enough.

AI recognises and prices the items

Your price book first (even if the item is named differently), then market prices; the rest is estimated and marked as such. If something is missing, it asks.

You check and send

Edit, disable or save any item to the price book, or revise the quote with a one-sentence instruction. Then PDF, Excel or a client link.

What you get

The origin of every price. Each item shows whether the price is from your price book, the market or an AI estimate: verified green, estimates yellow, disabled items red and left out of the total and the PDF.
A bill of quantities under each item. The quantity calculation line by line (room: dimensions): change it and save, and the quantity updates; a mismatch is flagged. The rows also appear in the PDF and Excel.
Assumptions and site checks. Assumptions, items to verify on site, what the quote excludes and what was missing from the documents.
Online approval. Create a link — the client accepts or declines with one click; you see when it was opened and decided. The client never sees the margin.

Your price book

Upload the file you have — Excel, CSV, PDF or Word, no template; one import takes up to 2,000 items; new items are added and items with the same name and unit get the updated prices, so there are no duplicates. An AI estimate never enters the price book by itself: the administrator saves prices, and estimates stay estimates until confirmed as documented.

Plainly, what the app does and does not do. The output is a draft for you to check, not a finished quote; you send it and answer for it. A price found in neither your price book nor market prices is an AI estimate. Without documents the model derives quantities from the description alone. Quotes exclude VAT; VAT is chosen at invoicing. Generation runs on the server, so you can close the tab and come back later.

Uploaded drawings and photos are not stored on disk. Data sits on a server in Germany; documents are processed by the Anthropic model (USA, EU standard contractual clauses), never used for training.
